I came last fall 2024, and this was one of the best dinner experiences I've ever had. I've never had a Michelin experience but this would be what I imagine it to be like. The food was delicious and beautiful, the experience was wonderful. Pricing was fair. I felt like I got to experience a little bit of each chefs culture? Life? When they shared their stories as they presented the food.
Very accommodating for my lactose intolerance.
My first fine dining experience and I am so glad that it was here! Katha curates seasonal blind tasting menus inspired by Indian cuisine. This time around, they offered a 5-course tasting menu along with a wine pairing. I was so happy that they were flexible and willing to substitute their meals to accommodate my vegan lifestyle.
