Dinner at Katha was an experience. The chef provided thoughtful explanations on each course and the food was excellent. The service was very friendly and the wine pairing was worth it. We were two couples and each shared a pairing which was plenty. It was a Tuesday night so the restaurant was quite empty but I'm sure on a busy night the ambiance would be better. I would recommend for a very unique Indian dining experience or special occasion.
We had a truly delightful time with the Katha 8 course tasting menu, delicious meal. Each course comes with a story, very engaging. If I could change one thing, it would be to include chapati or naan with the entree courses, to help get the last few tastes of the sauce. The wine pairing was the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I did date night here a little while back, the food was beautiful and rich with flavours. The total time was about 1 1/2 hrs but went by fast as the staff was great and the Chefs were wonderful in explaining what inspired them to create their dish. I’m sure we will be visiting this place again in the near future!
