The experience is worth it. The flavour profile takes you on joyride. The food is cooked perfectly. Chef adjusted the recipes perfectly as I don’t like sea food. The cocktails are amazing as well.

Phenomenal experience. You know the scene in Ratatouille where the critic has a bite and is transported back in time to his childhood? That’s what it was like, I was transported back to all the amazing flavors I remember my mom putting in her food. Nothing was overdone, oversalted - presentation was amazing. Where is the Michelin???? If this place was in toronto it would be packed every single day.

Lovely, kind and accommodating staff. Everyone was passionate about the food they were serving and were helpful with any time constraints or dietary needs.Everyone should come here. Indian representation in the Ottawa fine dining scene is wonderfully showcased here.

Amazing experience and so much fun. The food was top notch and the chefs explanations give context to the dishes. There was only one dish that I wouldn't want to try again. I do feel that the wine pairing was a little throw in rather than a pairing that enhances the experience.I found the ingredients to be really different from what I expect from Indian food but still hold true to the base flavors. They used techniques you don't normally see from the traditional cooking and it works. I would eat the duck dish every week if I could oh and the soup broth was so good.

Overall a disappointing experience- we expected more at this high price point. The wine pairing was extremely over priced and not timed right. The service lacked attentiveness and warmth. The food was good albeit minimal.

It is an exceptional food journey and an experience worth experiencing once (repeat if pocket allows, lol)Chefs and food flavours are top notch. Each dish has nostalgia associated woth indian flavour bit feels like prepared by master chefs. We went their to celebrate my birthday and it felt a little odd initially but ultimately special as we were the only table for the day. Main courses are too filling and each one had exceptional flavour composition and a theme2 things that make me miss a star:- we felt there was a crunch or a bread/carbohydrate missing from main course dishes to make it a complete wholesome composition and dessert was a little simpler (though we were already full by then)- when we booked a month back, prices were mentioned 100$ but when we visited they had increased it to 130$ but we were not informed about the change until the very end, so it felt a little oddOverall it was an experience worth remembering and we appreciate the efforts of the teamDietary restrictions: They are able to modify their tasting menu according to the preferences mentioned when booking

Incredible culinary experience! One of the best meals I have ever had. Certainly expensive but a a very fair price for the overall experience and I would certainly return. Enjoyed every course we were served. If you are able to grab some of the seats at the bar you can watch the food be made all night which really brings the whole experience to life. The chefs were all very nice and took extra time to check in at the end of the meal to make sure we enjoyed the experience.

Overall the food had very good individual components, but lacked the refinement you would expect at this price point. Our bill for two people was just over $400. At that price, and based on the reviews, we expected the same ambiance and level of service you would find at fine dining restaurants such as Aiana. My duck and lamb was overcooked and lacked a good sear on the exterior. However the flavour of the sauces were excellent. The ceviche could have used a bit more acidity to tie the dish together. Perhaps an off day at the protein station? The soup with dumplings, although very beautifully presented, was quite bland in flavour. The amuse bouche, cod, and pineapple cake dessert were all exceptional. The other dishes were not as consistent. I looked at the reviews prior to visiting, so my experience really caught me by surprise. However, many of this dishes have an excellent back story and when the chefs explained the dishes origin it really enhanced the overall experience. They were also very accommodating for allergies and showed great concern and attention in this department. The cocktail was excellent despite there being no mixologist/bartender (it appeared the cocktail was made by one of the chefs). The wine list is very sparse for a fine dining restaurant, lacking interesting/unique vintages that you can’t find at LCBO.Service was also not what you would expect at this price point. There was only one server for all the tables. For a restaurant that is trying to make it into the Michelin Guide and Canada’s Best, they lack a lot of the small, important gestures that will get them there. For instance, offering to hang your coat when you arrive, changing the silverware in between courses, stocking the washroom with real hand towels as opposed to a paper towel roll, etc. I understand they are still relatively new so I do hope they improve.Quite disappointed after spending more than $400. Much better fine dining options in the city.

Phenomenal! Exceptional food, perfectly curated dishes. Flavors pop. Did the wine pairing and it did not disappoint. Requested a non-pork option and my wife is vegetarian, chefs were able to accommodate with fantastic alternatives.Service on the night was fantastic given the fact that it was a full house. Wine pairings hit perfectly and complemented the food well. Every course was top notch.Having been to multiple Michelin star restaurants across the world including 3 star restaurants, I would say the food and service were at THAT level and that's the best compliment I can give this team.

My wife and I did date night here a little while back, the food was beautiful and rich with flavours. The total time was about 1 1/2 hrs but went by fast as the staff was great and the Chefs were wonderful in explaining what inspired them to create their dish. I’m sure we will be visiting this place again in the near future!
