The food itself is okay, and I tried the chocolate, which was good.
I am leaving a 1 star review because of the way I was treated during the hiring process.
The same day this position was posted, I was clearly told that the job was mine. At the beginning of December, I was looking for work to start in January. That same day, I was accepted for two other jobs, but I declined them because I trusted this offer, as it was full-time and the manager appeared professional.

Whenever I am in Ottawa, I usually head to Preston street for the best treats and cannoli at this establishment! I have been going here for as long as I can remember! We LOVE it!
