So I been going here to the barrhaven location for a long time n I love it the food is always fresh the potions are small depending who’s working but that’s not even my issue !! I recently found out I have a gluten allergy ! So I told the lady n asked her to change her gloves cause I can’t have my food contaminated she was kinda rude about it then passed it down the lane without telling the other lady so she didn’t change her gloves which I didn’t notice at first cause I thought the other girl would make sure, so comes to the third lady I had to tell her!! The customer service isn’t very good n when somone has an allergy they should take that very seriously!! I would love to b able to have a pita but unfortunately I can’t !! Move over I just want to make it known to who ever it’s not our fault for our allergies ! I’m paying for ther service I expect good service n I don’t need the dirty looks !!

We used to be regular customers, but unfortunately, we will not be returning.
On our most recent visit, my husband dropped me off to place an order while he ran a quick errand. As I waited by the door to be picked up, I overheard a staff member—who had served me and was notably unfriendly—speaking negatively about me, unaware I was still within earshot. She then continued to make disparaging remarks about other customers as well.
It was disappointing to witness such unprofessional behavior. Rather than showing appreciation for the patrons who support the business, she seemed more interested in gossiping. This experience has left a very poor impression and does not reflect the kind of environment we wish to support.

Absolutely best fast food in town! High quality ingredients for a decent price, and you can be in and out in 10 minutes. Love their spicy lamb meatballs! And I got a free baklava for my birthday. :)

Went to eat lunch there asked for a bowl as I was a first timer here asked for a meal not only she didn’t add the toppings that came with it but instead went on saying you have to tell us if you want it but it’s a key ingredient in the particular bowl the chef was beside here didn’t say anything I had to pay extra for meat also as they barely put two little spoons of chicken and another extra toppings costed me extra 5$ and then you obviously have to tip as a courtesy and then the service is below par and nobody looking to fix anything or even admit they are at fault and all it was I just wanted to have a good meal as I was eating outside paying almost 30$ didn’t feel like it was worth it and they are not very welcoming either and I wouldn’t write a review if I didn’t feel this way they should fix this for the sake of other customers but for me I wouldn’t go there again
