I am extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. I placed an order online, and it showed “Ready for Pickup” on the Pizza Hut website. The store hours on Google and on the door both clearly state they close at 11 PM. I reached the store at 10:15 PM after a 12-hour shift, in –7°C freezing cold weather, only to find the door completely locked. The lights were on, but there was no one inside. I knocked for around 15 minutes, and instead of anyone coming out, the lights were suddenly turned off. It was very clear someone was inside and intentionally ignored me. I also called the number listed on Google. The first time, no one picked up. The second time, someone finally picked up (I believe a Pizza Hut representative), and they told me they contacted the store manager or employee. They claimed the worker had a “medical emergency” and that they had called me three times before closing. This was a complete lie — I received zero calls from their side. No missed calls, no voicemail, nothing. Also, when I arrived, the lights were ON. If there really was a medical emergency, why were the lights on and why did they only switch them off after I knocked? If they didn’t want to make my order, they should not have accepted it. I drove 15 minutes in the opposite direction from my home because I specifically wanted Pizza Hut and didn’t want to eat my second option. But in the end, because of their behavior, I had to go home and eat my second option anyway. If they truly had to close early, they could have simply called me even once and I would have sent a friend to pick up my order. But lying about calling me three times is unacceptable. Whoever said that is being dishonest, and this is extremely unprofessional.
To the manager or owner: Please seriously look into the staff working on December 6th (Saturday) around 10:30 PM. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and totally avoidable. Customers should not be treated like this.

I ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza and it barely had any chicken on it, and just the tiniest drip of BBQ sauce. For $20, I expected something way better. What I got was basically an onion pizza with a few random chicken pieces. Really disappointing.
