We absolutely love Popeyes 690 Bank Street in Ottawa. The atmosphere is great and the customer service is amazing, especially from Afree. She is always smiling, welcoming, and makes every visit feel special. We live in Montreal, but every time we pass through Ottawa we make sure to stop here. The place itself isn’t big. When I entered, I noticed several yellow “wet floor” caution signs and some trash on the floor. It might have been a busy time, so perhaps the staff didn’t get a chance to clean right away.
On a positive note, the saleslady took our order efficiently and was attentive....
