I had such a great experience at Popeyes! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. They brought out our orders quickly, and everything was hot and fresh. The service was efficient and the team really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Uber decided not to give our money back on a cancelled order on a holiday when the restaurant was closed. The district manager was able to give us our food on another day to pick up. Very helpful and treated customer well.

Popeyes in Ottawa is always a treat! The chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy, the sides are tasty, and the biscuits are warm and fluffy. Staff are friendly and the service is quick, making it a go-to spot whenever I’m craving delicious comfort food.
