I just got the club sandwich and it was the sadest club sandwich I've ever had. Of course, the chicken was fine, but everything else is pretty nonexistent. The bacon was maybe 1/4 of a slice. Half of the sandwich had no bacon. The bread was barely toasted. Can't believe that someone is actually serving this at a St. Hubert. They should think about how they are preparing and selling this item. This is not the 1st bad review I have seen regarding the club sandwich. Fix it St. Hubert or stop selling this attempt at a sandwich.

I ordered a holiday meal with family size creamy salad 😭 they didn’t pack my salad. It’s been a week and I can’t get over it. I thought I had forgotten the salad but no, I did pay for it 😭😭😭😭 If you’ve ever had their delicious creamy salad, you understand my pain. I’m too hurt/frightened to risk order again 😢 (I’ll be back to the restaurant tho)

Was there on evening of Dec 30th with my wife and sat in one of the booths at the bar section. Very bad service! The waitress where we were sitting took our order and we waited almost 1 hour for our food! In the meantime customers at the 2 tables next to us came AFTER us, ordered, got their food, paid and left! And we were still waiting for our food! The waitress never came to our booth and asked if we needed anything during the whole time or any refill of our drinks. Never reassured us the food would be ready soon and we had to call her just to ask what was going on as we were waiting for 1 hour! No apologies from her. Finally when the food comes and on top of what we experienced, my wife's side order with the meal was wrong! Not even any offer of dessert after. After paying the bill no apologies again. Very disappointed!

I am usually impressed with the great service at St-Hubert in Gatineau, but I was extremely disappointed at this location by this experience.
We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up at the restaurant. After retrieving the order and getting back to the car, I realized that the receipt didn’t match our actual order—it wasn’t ours at all! We went back into the restaurant, and the staff couldn’t figure out what had gone wrong. This alone shows poor service and a lack of competence.
After finally receiving the correct order, we asked to open the boxes to ensure everything was accurate. To our surprise, the chicken was not Piri Piri as we had ordered. When we pointed this out, the staff member coldly responded, “I don’t know what Piri Piri is, I’m not the one who prepares the food!” This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
After waiting a long time to get our correct order, we also asked for an extra coleslaw since it’s unlimited when dining in. They refused, even after such poor service.
To top it off, when I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise, the staff member literally handed them to me in my hand. Not even a small bag! It felt like I was picking up an order from McDonald’s.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t feel the service met the standards I’ve come to expect from St-Hubert.

I feel like we was rush. Food was Excellent. The service was poor waitress Never refilled drinks, water or pop. For the desert after her meals we've been asked. Are you gonna take the dessert to go?
Ive been to this place twice now, and its nothing to boast about. Its your average swiss chalet, except french. But last night - Rememberance Day- I took my family out to dinner. My husband is a veteran and has fought in Afgan. So I wanted an easy night for him. We go inside and see the hostess isnt wearing a poppy! Nobody working there is except ONE waitress. No one seating is either.. that left a very very sour taste in my mouth.
No respect for veterans and what that day means to many people.

Worst service ever. Orders from people that were seated after us were taken, and another table that also came after us was served before us ... And our waitresse forgot to order our nachos and claim there is green pepper and chicken in the French oignon soup, which is why she got confused !!! In my St-Hub salad, the chicken had pieces of cartilage still attached to it. When our nachos arrived, there was an overwhelming amount of sauce on it. When we needed it, we were never offered either a refill of water nor cole slaw. She offered water when the meal was over ! I used to love St-Hubert, but the service is REALLY bad.

My husband requested a hot chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread with salad instead of fries. He received white bread and fries. He has diabetes and is trying to make better choices and it doesn't help when your people don't listen. Please do better.

I have never had such poor table service. When the boss boy does a better job than the waitress.... She serves everyone around the clock but not us. I had my glass of water at the end of the meal. Plus, I didn't even have time to finish eating, I had to pay for my food. I have seen better services than this. Too bad because I tend to praise places where I've had excellent service. But not this time.
