Horrible customer service this afternoon. The man taking my order barely spoke, had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if he could make my frap as skinny as possible. I purchased some cookies in packaging and after scanning he just threw them on the counter. While waiting for my drink to be made, he made and served other customers drinks who came after me. When he handed me my drink it wasn't even a full small cup full of frap.
