When I visited the place was so busy, they had only 2 employees. It took more than 15mins b4 another employee arrived. Overall, it was around 20mins later b4 they acknowledged my presence. I was there for a pick-up; just acknowledgment would suffice!

Today, I ordered my usual favorite coffee—an iced caramel Corretto. The lady who served me was so professional and full of energy, and she looked amazing, mashallah. I think her name is CC, but I’m not entirely sure. Either way, she truly made my day!

Place is fairly accessible. The place is busy since its close to university of ottawa but line is moving quick. Lots of table and chair with charging port for long time stay. The place and washroom is clean. Price is within affordable price and the quality is amazing.
