Brands quality control is hard thing to manage. But this shop’s bean and brew quality makes me wonder if it’s still second cup coffee. The over cooked bitterness and barely contains no any kind of bean aroma. doesn’t worth for the price.

I mean it's a coffee shop so obviously it's overpriced but the staff are always really nice which is a plus. I normally go during the day so I tend to interact with the day staff the most and they're always helpful and great with me so yay ?

For a $7 iced coffee I’d wish it’s made semi correctly if I’m ordering it the same..drinks here are make different every single time because everyone who works there makes it completely different and it’s really disappointing. As soon as the line gets a bit busy, it always results in a rushed drink that doesn’t taste good at all.

I asked for a large coffee with 2 sugar and 2 cream. All of the sudden, one of the workers gave me a cup only filled with black plain coffee. It caught me off guard as it was my first time at SECOND CUP. Anyway, I went to the back table and put sugar and cream. The coffee was a one time greatest taste, I've never tasted like it. Definitely looking for to going back again for more enjoyment

I got an espresso from here recently. I mostly only drink them, I’ve had good one I’ve had bad, this was the worst ever. I’ve had espresso from gas stations that are better. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
