For a $7 iced coffee I’d wish it’s made semi correctly if I’m ordering it the same..drinks here are make different every single time because everyone who works there makes it completely different and it’s really disappointing. As soon as the line gets a bit busy, it always results in a rushed drink that doesn’t taste good at all.

I asked for a large coffee with 2 sugar and 2 cream. All of the sudden, one of the workers gave me a cup only filled with black plain coffee. It caught me off guard as it was my first time at SECOND CUP. Anyway, I went to the back table and put sugar and cream. The coffee was a one time greatest taste, I've never tasted like it. Definitely looking for to going back again for more enjoyment

I got an espresso from here recently. I mostly only drink them, I’ve had good one I’ve had bad, this was the worst ever. I’ve had espresso from gas stations that are better. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Great service, inside Carlingwood, enjoying the nice cool atmosphere and fresh hot coffee and delicious almond croissant.
The baristas are nice enough, but every single time I order a FLAVOURED (maple, vanilla, cinnamon toast, etc) latte I receive plain/unsweetened. Because of how hot they steam the milk it takes about ten minutes before it can be safely consumed & detected, so the customer is forced to closely supervise the staff to ensure the order is prepared correctly. This has been on going problem since at least December, and none of the other seven locations I frequent have this problem, so I may consider just switching to TH when I visit Carlingwood.

Extremely rude barista. Ordered a drink and everyone after me was getting theirs before mine. I told her what I ordered after waiting 15 mins. She proceeded to make it, made the wrong drink. I came back and told her, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and complain at her coworker about me being rude. Horrible customer service, never coming back here again.

I’m still standing here after 15 min with no customer and the baristas are STRUGGLING to make two hot chocolates (made my drink wrong 3 times) Cancelled the order got an attitude from staff… this is kinda funny :)
