Thought to give the second cup a try, though I usually go to Starbucks, as it was on the way. Ordered some kind of strawberry refresher and took just one sip - tasted like dirty tap water. Really, really bad. Ended up pouring it down the drain as it was not drinkable at all. The coconut watermelon red bull drink was better, but wouldn’t order that again either.
That was my first impression of the place and as much as I’d like to support local companies, I will not return.
The service was lacking too.

This is one of my favourite cafes to get some work done. They have very nice and friendly baristas. I like their lattes & americano. The egg white pesto breakfast sandwich is pretty good too!

Just make whatever asked for large double double with chocolate chip cookie $9 just got small no cookie. Asked for large was told no I ordered that. Not arguing haven't had a coffee just got off night shift have to stay up. I'll just go somewhere else get large coffee. Sad the one in Ottawa is awesome so I went out of the way to come here. Would just go to star bucks next time if I want $9 small coffee.
It's more quiet here than an average Tim Hortons. Also, it is very clean. The staff are nice and always have a smile in their face. Prefer to go here than a Timmie's.

The service and atmosphere is superb. However, attention to detail and consistency seems to be an issue. The cookies (salted chocolate chip) have been stale the last few orders and my coffee order has never been right. Two creams and two sweeteners. Most of the time the order received is 1 cream and no sweeteners despite repeating the order a confirming at the window and being assured it is to my request, it has fallen short. There are countless occasions the coffee is lukewarm. I’ve resisted leaving a review till today.

Unfortunate! Doesn’t seem like there is much attention given to service. Not talking about anyone needing to go above and beyond, just desiring normal service. Perhaps using softer tone and approach. Earned a free large coffee after earning 1500 points, which probably is about $100 or more worth of transactions and I was given attitude for redeeming my points.
