This sweet little Second Cup served me a delightful Cinnamon Toast Latte — perfectly cozy and flavorful. My granddaughter enjoyed the Candy Cane Hot Chocolate, which she absolutely loved. There were plenty of tempting treats, including the Cranberry Coconut Biscotti.
The atmosphere was quiet, bright, and welcoming, with comfortable chairs and a lovely patio for warmer weather. Many people were visiting, relaxing, and studying. The servers were very kind and friendly, making this a wonderful stop for a comforting drink and a peaceful break.

Great place if you’re in Ottawa/Orléans. Been coming to it for years whenever I’m in the area. I had the latte and it was great. Excellent place to sit indoor or outdoor (especially in the fall!) with plenty of tables and plugs for working/studying.

I was studying there on Sunday! The staff were very kind as well as the owner! But I especially want to mention the owner. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. It was clear how much care he puts into both the store and his customers. Unfortunately, I’ve seen him deal with some really unfair treatment from certain customers, including harassment and false allegations. From what I witnessed, those claims couldn’t be further from the truth, the owner is nothing but respectful and genuinely passionate about running this place.
If you’re looking for a great spot to grab a coffee, relax, or get some work done, I highly recommend supporting this Second Cup. Not only is it a fantastic café, but it’s also run by someone who truly deserves our community’s support.

Thought to give the second cup a try, though I usually go to Starbucks, as it was on the way. Ordered some kind of strawberry refresher and took just one sip - tasted like dirty tap water. Really, really bad. Ended up pouring it down the drain as it was not drinkable at all. The coconut watermelon red bull drink was better, but wouldn’t order that again either.
That was my first impression of the place and as much as I’d like to support local companies, I will not return.
The service was lacking too.
