The best shawarma I’ve ever had! Nothing compares to this place, I’ve tried a lot of shawarma and nothing beats it. Plus everyone was super nice and the portions were great for the price!
We visited Ottawa for a day trip and stopped by this place for lunch after seeing its high rating on Google. It did not disappoint—we totally get the hype! The service was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a mixed plate, and the portion was huge for the price, easily enough to feed two people to the fullest. The ingredients were fresh, and the meat had a nice, crisp texture. The restaurant was also well-kept and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience here.
Very kind people, the food is not as greasy as others. The food seems clean and the cooking area looks very clean.
I was offered soup while waiting for my food to be made. I felt comfortable and conversation was natural. This is not like other shawarma places I’ve been to over the years in Ottawa. Merivale all up the road, south, west I’ve had them all. This is my favourite shawarma if I can get this one I’ll be happy, anything else is just settling for less lol
