I’m so sorry but this place is probably my least favourite Shawarma spot in Ottawa. The chicken was dry, garlic sauce is very bland and the actual shawarma wrap had a bitter aftertaste (probably because the fresh veggies and pickled veggies were expired). The service was standard for me but the same person serving was rude to other customers.I do not recommend eating here. And I sincerely hope there’s an overhaul to this business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should’ve read the reviews before going there. The guy was extremely rude. I asked for a beef Donair sandwich and sweet sauce with sesame. He gave me a look as if I asked for urine. I always order the same thing at different restaurants, no issues. This guy was very condescending and disrespectful. I will never come back here again. Note to owner: You should get rid of that guy because he’s running your business. But if that rude guy is the owner, you should find another line of business.

the guy screamed at me racially profiling me for an arab person, little to know i don't speak arab. my colleagues order chicken poutine. that gravy tasted like sand. it kinda tasted like school bus. oh boy oh boy, dont get me started on the chicken. I think that they got the chicken from the a&w a few shops down. not so tasty. id rather go to canadian tire to eat screws and bolts for lunch.

Very ignorant guy making the food i asked for a piece of pita bread he said platter doesn't come with it when I've gotten a piece everytime before! He tossed it my way & didn't answer my question about why it always came with the platter before.not supporting this place again! Also he was the only person working took forever to make the order & that's after he returned from the mall @ first nobody was behind the counter.

Always happy to grab a shawarma from here!You need to hop on the Friday Special (Falafel Platter for $13.49+tax) if you haven’t already.For people complaining about dry/old rice, please try going at lunch or before the crazy dinner-time rush instead of 10 minutes before closing. This same rule of thumb applies to any other resto in this mall let alone outside of it. Give these guys a break! About time Carlingwood got some Middle Eastern cuisine and they’re the heroes that stepped up!More people need to support this locally owned resto - and just be more patient! Kindness goes a long way, and who knows, Andalos may even throw a treat in for you :)Vegetarian options: Falafel + meatless wraps available.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of accessible seating in the food court.

Not really a fan of putting 1 stars, so gave them 2. The service was horrendous and the guy was rude. Asked a question and he looked at me like I was an idiot. Asked for a receipt and he threw one in my direction and asked if that was everything. Smallest shawarma I've ever had. Just... Never going to go back here.. Ever again.
Love a good shawarma place! Great service. Ordered a small & large chicken shawarma and enjoyed every bite!

It was the worst shawarma ever. Got real food poisoning! And we actually wanted to go back there and deal with them because the whole family got food poisoning because of their greasy and bad food. They shouldn't be in such crowded place and make people sick!
