My gripes from reasonable to unreasonable are: one taste of the fries and you know they don't change the oil frequently. It had a rancid/bitter/metallic taste and even the ones that weren't too dark tasted burnt. Rock hard even thought they were made right in front of me. The burger is super thin on the edges and goes well beyond the border of the bun but the middle still manages to be pink and extra soft - not great. They skimped on the burger sauce and I had to remind them to get me sauce for my fries. The place is kind of messy - not dirty per se. I don't understand why they don't tidy up especially with chairs facing behind the counter. Lastly, do you know how funny it is to have a logo with a burger with lettuce and tomato on it but you don't offer lettuce or tomato? That's so stupid that it circles back around to hilarious. This place is wildly overrated. I will be sticking to Umbrella Burger.

Ordered here for the first time over DoorDash cause of the many great reviews and was unfortunately left very disappointed.
I ordered the Smash Daddy with an Extra Paddy. Unfortunately, the extra paddy was not included with my order. This was really disappointing as the burger itself, as it comes, was much smaller than I would have expected for the price. In addition, it was really greasy which was somewhat much. Finally, it looked fine, but not great.
DoorDash offered a refund for the paddy that was missed that was less than the cost of the paddy itself before taxes and fees lol (more of a DoorDash issue but I think it’s worth mentioning as mistakes are normal and do happen).
Overall, I think Umbrella Burger offers a much better product at the same price point. I’d maybe try this again to give it another shot, but it would be hard to top Umbrella Burger.
