Service and food were amazing. Sarah looked after us professionally with all right touches. Apps; tuna, beat salad, shrimp vol au vent, mushroom on toast all great. Mains; just the chicken was okay, the duck confit, salmon, social burger were all amazing. It was a wintery night in Ottawa and the restaurant was not busy making the atmosphere less than ideal. our group had a great time in our booth for 6 which made for easy conversation as opposed to a rectangular table. We will be back.

My husband is extreme celiac! This restaurant was highly rated for safety and knowledge! Unfortunately he ended up getting very very sick after the meal! Not sure what happened or where it went wrong. We were assured throughout the meal and felt good! The food was tasty and service was 10/10. Not sure where they went wrong with the attention to detail for gluten!

Excellent visit to Social for brunch. Beautiful establishment, friendly wait staff, delicious food. The only slight drawback was the length of time it took for the food to be served, particularly since there were few diners in the restaurant. I will visit again though.

Kieran took such good care of our group of friends tonight. This is absolutely the finest place to treat yourself to tasty cocktails and yummy food, and the six of us loved being seated in a big booth where we could all visit happily and catch up. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our NYE dinner. The food selections were fantastic and well paired with the wine options. Our server did a fantastic job and we felt we were well looked after. We can't wait to go back as the Social is one of our favourite places to dine in Ottawa!

We chose Social for NYE celebrations while visiting Ottawa from out of town. There was a special 4 course menu that blew away our expectations. Ambiance was perfect. Service was amazing and the food was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment pour souper du Réveillon. La qualité des quatre plats était excellente, bonne balance des goûts pour chaque met, belle présentation des assiettes. Le plus fut que les assiettes ont été servies chaudes qui permet d'apprécier les plats à leurs justes valeurs. Félicitations au chef cuisinier et sa brigade. Une équipe de serveurs était aussi efficace et attentionnée, comme il se doit. Je recommande l'expérience.
