No Go

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks because some of the staff are very friendly and give me great service every time I see them.
Emma, Iries, Nico, Amy, Maribeth and Matti are all standouts.

Some of the staff do seem to love putting Light ice in your drink, though, even to the point of putting it on the cup when you didn't ask for it. Please, stop doing this. Light ice your own drink, not mine.

Nice place. Pretty much like any other Starbucks. I just had a regular Pike Place coffee.
The indoors are good. There is some outdoor seating space as well. The washroom is fresh need and clean.
The staff was nice and friendly. Plenty of parking around as it is a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza. Definitely recommended.

Never recommend anyone to get that Starbucks , I order cafe Frappuccino, totally tasteless I don’t know what did they put in it . Taste was so different than usual

I had an incredible experience at Starbucks today thanks to an amazing barista! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Not only did they prepare my order perfectly, but they went out of their way to engage in a friendly conversation, making my visit truly special. Their exceptional customer service and positive energy completely made my day. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful and caring service, and I truly appreciate it! I politely asked for my drink to be remade as it tasted very watery (Iced Peach Green). The man who I spoke with was very kind and said that it was no problem and told me that the recipe had recently been changed to not include simple syrup and that might be why but that they were still happy to remake it. The women who had originally made it was the one who remade it for me and when I thanked her as she gave it to me she did not acknowledge or even look at me when sliding me my drink. She just had an angry look on her face. I felt this was very rude and that is why I am rating this location a 2.

The batista gives me way too much ice in my cold brew. It's not bad, but it's a little too out of the way for mediocre service. Otherwise, it's Starbucks.

To the management- mid afternoon during the rush and I feel so bad for the single employee working, she had to go back and forth to take the order and make the item with a lineup of 5 or 6 people. I can’t imagine how stressed she might have been, treat the employees better and offer more support.
