I was just treated in the most unkind manner by the Barista. I waited a good 5 minutes for her to be done and serve me, I thought what to get and really couldn’t think of anything so I asked for a cup of water. She refused in the most enthusiastic manner, reciting the new Starbucks policy to me in the loudest voice possible that I needed to purchase something to get free water. I got the sense that she had been waiting her entire life to say that. I probably spend thousands of dollars annually at this company for over 25 years now. Glad this made her day, what a sad individual. Mjnd you there was only one individual waiting in line and not busy at all.

I often come here order something, all the staffs I meet are friendly and welcoming. The drinks quality is perfect! From there information wall I can guess from the manger to the staff is an active team! Definitely recommend!

Staff is friendly and I never wait too long. Cathy (a bit older than the others) who is usually serving at cash or talking to customers is one reason I love this place. Her sense of humour is contagious and her amazing service really is top notch. Real and genuine!

The woman cashier who wears a blue disposable face mask, glasses, brown hair tied in a small ponytail.
She is the most rude, miserable person to encounter. After giving people grace on having bad days - over 2 months of consistent poor customer service is excessive. Starbucks is known for their friendly service and this woman makes you want to go elsewhere for your coffee to avoid her horrible energy. She also takes your cash and puts her dirty hand over your lid, she’s unsanitary in other ways as well and does not follow health protocols. Management really should step in and employ those who can follow the job description of customer service.
I waited nearly 20 minutes for a watery lemonade. It wasn’t even that busy but the staff didn’t seem to care about providing timely service.

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks because some of the staff are very friendly and give me great service every time I see them. Emma, Iries, Nico, Amy, Maribeth and Matti are all standouts.
Some of the staff do seem to love putting Light ice in your drink, though, even to the point of putting it on the cup when you didn't ask for it. Please, stop doing this. Light ice your own drink, not mine.
