You screwed up my drink after a long wait. Pay attention.
This location frequently runs out of cold brew because they don’t seem to plan ahead. They should start brewing the next batch (20 hour process apparently) when they see that their current batch goes below 50%. I don’t see this issue nearly as often at the other Ottawa locations so the staff here need more training.

Most of the time my drink is perfect but there is one guy (only guy here on Canada day morning) who never fails to make the drink low. Like $7 coffee and he won’t even fill it up. It’s so frustrating because every time I ask him to fix it he just adds milk and then it gets extremely milky and doesn’t taste like coffee I wish he was retrained because it’s getting ridiculous and I can’t tell if it’s intentional anymore.
