From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

To the guy at the take out window (5:00pm shift) who took my order this evening at the Findlay Creek SB - 5 stars for you! Thanks for paying attention to my order and when my brown sugar oat shaken espresso didn’t turn out quite right, noticing and adjusting my drink slightly to make it perfect. I feel bad writing this cause I’ve done my fair share of customer service jobs including being a barista.

I’m not sure what’s happened lately but the evening week day staff lack some serious customer service skills and any sort of efficiency. 9 times out of 10 we’re at the drive through window for 10-15 minutes and that doesn’t include ordering off the mobile app 5+ minutes before hand.
