Wow! This was my first visit to the Starbucks on Laurier, and I was more than impressed. The baristas, Claire and Nev, were absolutely stellar—friendly, welcoming, and happy to chat. They even helped me decide what to order since I wasn’t too familiar with the menu. The drinks and food were both delicious and refreshing, the perfect fuel for my study session. Overall, a great experience propelled mainly by the excellent service from both the baristas, and I’d highly recommend...

Even during busy moments, she connects with me, making my drink just right, and always takes the time to go through all the options. It’s clear she and everyone else genuinely cares, and even when I come in for a late refills, she ensures everything is perfect.

As an old partner of Starbucks for four years, I can genuinely say this is the best Starbucks in all of downtown Ottawa....
