We live 1.5 hours away but were in town because my brother and I needed medical testing. My mother had a very bad time at the medical imaging clinic and was crying but the girl at the drive through absolutely made her day - I didn’t see her name but I hope she has a wonderful life. The compassion she showed had us stunned (:

I went to pick up an order. There was four of them standing and not one person knowledge me walking in. No smile no hi. Found it very rude. They weren't busy either. They were standing around talking about thier weekend.

TERRIBLE experience. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any other Starbucks location before… Although I understand, they we’re busy (as always), I arrived at the location after making a mobile order (12 mins later) and waited an additional 35 minutes for my drink. I asked multiple times if they could prepare my drink as I could see people walking in, ordering & walking out during that time. The barista laughed, ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager, the barista smiled & said “she’s on break, I have other people to serve” Happy birthday to me :D

I went in the drive through and they gave me the wrong size when I asked for a venti they said okay and I heard them complaining at me on “why I couldn’t just take it” they looked so frustrated at me and angryHonestly not the best service so rude
