TERRIBLE experience. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any other Starbucks location before… Although I understand, they we’re busy (as always), I arrived at the location after making a mobile order (12 mins later) and waited an additional 35 minutes for my drink. I asked multiple times if they could prepare my drink as I could see people walking in, ordering & walking out during that time. The barista laughed, ignored me. Understaffed, but not the employees fault. Most of the staff at Starbucks are young teenagers, overstressed and nervous to be yelled at.I mean they can only make 1 espresso drink at a time, so what can you expect? I honestly don’t know how people walk in seeing a line and expect 10 minute service when it’s a cafe ☕️ it’s not fast food guys..It’s a shopping outlet, the service is slower due to high buisness. We live 1.5 hours away but were in town because my brother and I needed medical testing. My mother had a very bad time at the medical imaging clinic and was crying but the girl at the drive through absolutely made her day - I didn’t see her name but I hope she has a wonderful life.
