I have been going to this location for years. A recent remodelling has changed the layout, making it appear more open and bright. I always order my drinks through the app and they’re always waiting on the counter for me when I get there. No lineups. I don’t know why everybody doesn’t do this.

This Starbucks has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. Whether I’m looking for a cozy place to work, catch up with friends, or simply relax with a good drink, this location never disappoints.
Let’s start with the atmosphere. The interior is modern yet warm and inviting. The lighting is soft, the seating is comfortable, and there’s a good amount of space between tables so it never feels too crowded. I especially love the window seats — perfect for sipping coffee while people-watching or just taking a break from a busy day.
The service here is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, patient, and professional. They greet you with a smile, and even during busy hours, they handle orders efficiently and kindly. One time I had a rather complicated custom order (soy milk, no ice, sugar-free, with a substitution), and not only did they get everything right, the barista even suggested adding a touch of cinnamon to enhance the flavor — and it turned out great!
The drinks are, of course, up to the Starbucks standard — consistent, delicious, and made just the way I like them. The seasonal options are always fun to try, and I appreciate how they’re open to modifications based on personal preferences. I also love the fact that mobile ordering is quick and easy here, and my drinks are always ready on time.
Overall, this Starbucks offers more than just coffee — it’s a reliable and welcoming space with great vibes, great people, and great service. Highly recommended!

The worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks. I ordered a cold Venti drink and asked for the ice to be served separately. I was given a full cup of ice and only about 1/5 cup of the actual drink. When I poured the ice in, the cup was barely half full. I asked the staff member if this was really a Venti, and she replied, “Yes, it’s mostly ice.” Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Starbucks.

It is on the pricey side, but it's good to have some variety now and then (two medium (grande) drinks after tax were $14) Reason I write this review - finally a place where the AC temperature is perfect (not too cold, not too hot) 🤌🏻

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. I asked a simple question about my order, but the staff at the window couldn’t explain it clearly and kept repeating, “No, I can’t do that, I already put your order through.” It felt dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service should be about clear communication and a willingness to assist—not shutting down the conversation.
Very frustrating and not what I expect from Starbucks.

I've been coming to this location for years and they've been great up until this year... im not sure what changed.
The customer service is HORRIBLE now. What prompted me to finally make a review was my experience this morning... the girl with pink hair, her name starts with a K but I can't remember the full name. She was so rude to me it ruined my day!

I go here pretty often and the staff is always super nice. Yesterday Nate was taking my order and gave me my drinks and I ended up not liking how my drink tasted and he got them to make me a new one with no problem. He has such a great attitude to him and was so friendly, probably the friendliest customer service worker I’ve ever seen!
