I was just in the drive-through and I had this blonde girl with a bob hair cut be rude to me. She had bad attitude and just gave me my drinks without saying anything, I said thank you. She didn’t respond then I said have a good day while she closed the doors as I was talking. The only thing covering her bad attitude is her high-pitched voice, she has no customer service etiquette.

It’s not often I go to Starbucks as it’s more of a treat . I spent $7 on a rushed horrible drink , the outside of the cup was leaking the drink which they noticed and still handed it to me , leaked all over me , i had to ask for a second cup , and the drink was not full with hardly any whip cream . I usually do not complain but for $7 this is ridiculous.

Be careful with your vehicle and body, at this location. Delivery truck almost collided with my parked vehicle (3x) July 19 7am and neither the manager nor driver cared. Wish management took client safety seriously, but the army of employees in an empty shop this must take all their effort. Beverages are frequently served incorrectly and few of the many staff bring pleasant attitudes to work. So don’t bother trying to remedy service errors and mind getting run down in front of the store. GIVE THIS LOCATION A PASS.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of the coffee is stable with other franchise locations but generally Starbucks prices are getting ridiculously high while also making locations less welcoming for patrons to sit comfortably inside to enjoy a coffee. Not a lot of other options around so good in a hurry.

Great generic coffee shop as I’m from New Jersey, USA. Just needed a cup of coffee while I’m staying over visiting relatives here in Canada. Honestly forgot about Tim Hortons and should have got better coffee there. Starbucks is pretty good but honestly the quality of coffee from any Starbucks location is subpar.

Not sure why they charge more for larger drinks when all they do is add ice instead of actual drink. I'm not a regular at Starbucks and this helped me cement not to become one. Don't charge me $9 for a drink that's 3 sips.
