This may not be the most expensive place to stay. But the service is terrible even for such a place. It doesn't even deserve 3 stars. I don't recommend it.
They are very hard to get a hold of and don’t respond to emails for weeks. It is almost impossible to reach them over the phone.
I was often sent conflicting emails with conflicting information about postponing our wedding. During Covid, the option to postpone our wedding came with a price hike of 8% for low season (Jan-April 2021) and 16% for high season. Once they have your deposit, customer service goes out the window. Management is more focused on new business than accommodating those who have already paid. Particularly inconsiderate during Covid.
