“Was in the mall and decided to get Subway for lunch. My daughter is allergic to dairy and I am allergic to gluten. Lucas was working and didn't bat an eye at our weird requests. He went above and beyond what other Subways have done to ensure I didn't get bread crumbs on my food like pulling out the new lettuce container to grab lettuce from. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

“I visited the Subway on Bank/Alta Vista in Ottawa on Saturday July 13 2024.

I placed an order for pick up at 11:30am.

First off ... This location is very bright and clean and is probably one of the more recent modern interior designs for a subway. Very nicely decorated!

Second of all... I didn't catch the gentleman's name who was working behind the counter, but he was in the process of completing my order when I arrived for the 11:30 pick up time so... Food was optimally fresh at pick up!

My order included 3 assorted foot longs for my family...the sandwich I ate was an Italian BMT. He followed my instructions very well as I requested extra veggies on the sandwich and easy on the mayo and sub sauce. The ratio of meat to veggies and sauce was bang on. It was a highly satisfying sub. I will definitely return to this location.

It was a complete opposite of my experience about a month ago at Trainyards where toppings over there were razor thin.“

“I come here at least once every week or two. It's the same guy working nights usually, he's a nice hard worker.

They recently hired a new guy working day shift. He's not quick but who is when they're new. He was generous with my toppings and my sub was bigger than usual, not complaining.

I don't recommend the churros. They taste hard and spongy. Would be worth it if they had a caramel dipping sauce though.“

The woman who is usually there has good opinions on sauce and flavours. They are fast and consistent with their sandwich portions. I appreciate them being friendly whether I take a combo or not. “Went there for a foot long meatball sub and a box of cookie.

The cookies are so fresh that I think they just came out of the oven (they felt little warm still). The subs are exactly how I ordered it, with just enough sauce that it doesn't get the bread all soggy.

Ate both sub and cookie at home and the vegetables in the sub are very fresh as the lettuce, bell pepper, union has a little crunch to it.

The macadamian nut white chocolate cookies are really good. It's slightly crunchy on the outside, and the middle are soft and chewy.“

“Saturday July 13th just after 11:00pm I went into this Subway location. There was only one young woman all alone serving customers and filling Uber orders. I waited around 20min to order. This young woman was working so hard and fast to fill all the orders by herself. I don't know if there was anybody else there in the back with her but she was awesome and doing her best. I could tell she was struggling but everything went well. I think the rush ended as I left. The management of this store should commend her for her efforts. Give her a raise! She deserves it!!!!!“

The wrap i ordered proved quite the challenge, but the Gentleman definitely fought valiantly! It was an amazing experience, filled with laughter. So much care and atfention was put into this wrap.
