Very Disappointed! I made an order online. The beef sandwich had a very small amount of beef—barely noticeable—and likewise had no cheese or sauce. The extra pickles I requested were also not added. I also tasted a moldy flavor (not the entire sandwich is moldy flavor), but I’m unable to prove it. I won’t purchase again.

Check your receipts. If staff feels as though it won't be noticed, you'll be charged for extra. I ordered two sandwiches of completely different variety and explained with clarity what I had ordered to the cashier who then confirmed over their shoulder to the other staff. As one of the sandwiches was not for me, after tapping my card, I then asked for the receipt. Apologies were made and excuses were given, but none for their poor acting. Deliberately charging three high valued subs of the same make-up with only two orders (I watched online orders filled first) is a clear con. One of the oldest gifts in the book. So I guess they tried it, which is exciting, and the sandwiches weren't terrible. The atmosphere was a subway sandwich shop, don't expect any trains upon visit.
