The guy at the front desk was great, but the churros were absolute garbage. They were so stale so hard so nasty. I don’t think anybody’s ever ordered them and I’m pretty sure I ate a churro from three years ago. If you go there, I would suggest you do not eat the churros.

Food is alright quality, I don't normally complain but the sandwich I got today is barely a sandwich, open face at best. It does not hold together and the ingredients were manhandled into my sub. I understand there are frequently new employees, but if I'm paying $7 for a sandwich I want it to actually be a sandwich. Below is how it looks once I unwrapped it.

This is what you get for $24.25, this is not a 6 inch sub. Not even equivalent to a decent sandwich..... save your money . Uber eats you should be ashamed, restaurants need to do better, and quit ripping customers off. Don't waste money on a over sized subway logo grocery bag, this could of fit in a small lunch, like really! Never again, and I will not consider an Uber eats membership again.

I used to come here often but now when I go, the same guy always chooses to do 8 things instead of serve me. I’ve walked away from so many orders because of him and now if he’s working, I don’t go.

If you don't have the right drinks don't just send random drinks, call the customer or just refund. Just because you don't want to get dinged by Uber for not having the right products doesn't mean you should be sleazy and try to lie your way through it.
On top of that the bread was extremely stale and they put the wrong cheese on our subs. Pure incompetece from the staff.

I can't believe I fell for their prank a second time. Those workers don't know how to make a slice of bread without butter, let alone a subway sandwhich. They have quickly made me resent Subway and I would recommend literally eating dirt

I had a terrible experience at the Subway inside Carlingwood Mall. I placed an order through their app and showed up with the confirmation and proof of payment from my bank, but the staff insisted they hadn’t received the order. Despite clear evidence, they continued to deny it.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she was extremely disrespectful, called me a liar, and even threatened to call security. The level of rudeness and hostility from both the staff and the manager was appalling.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is by far the worst service I have ever encountered. Avoid this Subway at all costs. I will also be disputing the charge with my bank as it seems to be a case of fraud.
Had a great experience with the manager. She is always nice. She recommended the new steak sandwich and it was really good. Wouldn’t have tried it otherwise.

Constantly a line out the door because the younger female associate is never in the store. Instead chats with other tenants elsewhere in the mall while the other associate is left to do everything. Service has significantly declined at this location in the last 6 months due to the low staffing from associates doing as they please throughout their shift. Nothing against the franchise owner, fantastic person.
