We went there Just for a Lunch Stop. When we saw the Pictures of the Hand pulled noodles we couldnt resist to try. IT really was a great expirience. Every Portion of noodles gets pulled individually and IT tasted amazing. Broth was clar ans U could ad chilli past and Soja Sauce in your own. Best to try for your self.
My wife and I saw this place on TikTok and were immediately drawn to the experience. We went today and tried the 8 piece rainbow roll and she had the veggie noodle soup and I had the beef noodle soup. The sushi was good, especially the quality, taste and freshness of the rice, but the fish on each roll was rather small to be honest. The soup was an absolute home run. The noodles are hand made in front of you by a talented and kind man and they were DELICIOUS. The broth was amazing...
