I love that Suzy Q has delicious vegan options and that they change flavours regularly (Mango is my favourite). It makes my day when I visit and Sam is working she is always smiling, happy, and fun!

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. Large, flavourful doughnuts. You should absolutely pick up a dozen if you're in the area.

Great place! Wide variety of doughnut flavours, staples and seasonal varieties! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door, happy to tell you all about the flavours and happy to make sure you get what you're looking for, and even some you didn't know you were looking for but just had to have after chatting with them!

In the area often, and will absolutely be coming back as often as I can!

I didn’t catch the name of the girl who was working tonight but she was amazing. Awesome service; she was very personable and we left with a smile. They didn’t have the donuts we were looking for so she had the baker prepare some for us. I don’t come here often since I live out of town, but this is definitely an Ottawa must-have treat. The Christmas display was beautiful as well!

Great service and the staff care enough to learn people's names or in my case assign one. Two people came in behind me and the girl behind the counter knew them by name. Involved with the community by running a collection for winter clothes for the homeless as well as other programs that I learned about from the lovely woman that I was served by

amazing front counter representation! I walked in, said I had $20 to spend, and she blew my mind!! I got change back :):) She must be Suzy Q because she acted like an owner and it was awesome !!

Doughnuts never disappoint, but today the service was not the nicest, maybe the girl was having a bad day cause her attitude was not great from my perspective. I know from experience the service is top tier most times, but that wasn’t the case today.

The donuts are great and I certainly have favourites. But the service is not the best. I have been served by great people and people that give the impression that she rather not serve me. Nice eats though.
