This hidden gem in Manotick is a must try. It has a nice cozy family feeling. The food was good and so was the service. We were a group of six people and we all left quite satisfied. The only thing that I would suggest is to serve bottled water instead of stilled one as water in that area has a bit of heavy taste which even affected the taste of my coffee as I guess it was brewed in stilled water. Keep up the good work.

Nice drive, 25 minutes away from Ottawa. You will enjoy the food, British atmosphere, reminded me a few countryside pubs from Victoria era I had the pleasure to visit in the UK, large beans, amazing stained glasses windows, a must.

We reserved a table for Saturday. Ordered liver, nachos and shrimp. Server forgot us for 15 minutes. Food was not good at all. There was no cheese in the nachos. We won't be back.

Wonderful, welcoming, charming environment, with exemplary service. A wonderful turkey burger, and a wonderful salted chocolate dessert with bread and caramel. Beautiful view! Congratulations!
One of the best club sandwiches I have had in recent memory. Service was lovely, the beer was cold and delicious.
Vegetarian options: Had a great salad with roasted chickpeas and fresh greens.

Yummy pub food with a welcoming British pub atmosphere. The burgers, fish and chips, bangers and mash, chicken parm and THE PIES are all favourites! If you’re lucky, you’ll get to try one of their special family recipes! The Swan on the Rideau is definitely a favourite!
