My delivery order from the Cyrville Road location of Swiss Chalet lacked half of the meals. And the mini donuts lacked their accompanying caramel sauce ( a routine occurrence in many Swiss Chalet restaurants). I phoned the restaurant and spoke to ANDREW—-he was super courteous and pleasant and was very apologetic about the issue. I told I had re- ordered and he made sure that everything ( and then some) got to me correctly . I’m now a satisfied customer- thanks Andrew!

My husband and I went to Swiss Chalet last night and had the distinct pleasure of having been served by Tara. She made the best Bloody Ceasar that I have had in the last 10 years. She was also exceedingly pleasant and served us quickly and with a giant smile. Tara is a definite asset to your restaurant and we will be back again soon.

If you’re in Ottawa, try the Carling location or the Innes Road (Orleans) location.
Terrible service, irresponsive management, and overall degrades the classic Swiss Chalet reputation that my family knows and loves!

We had a lovely dinner at your restaurant last night and once of again Iris was waitress. As always she provided excellent service, friendly,attentive and a warm smile. It's always a pleasure to be served by Iris. Looking forward to our next visit!

Waited almost 10 mins and then we had to ask if we can seat ourselves or if they would seat us,which didn't go over to well.Servers were not very pleasant and on the cold side, non smiling. We we only 5 people and this was at 2 in the afternoon
The service was terrible. We were given cutlery in worse condition than shown in the picture — I had to place a napkin under the forks and knives because the server just dropped them directly on the table and walked away. The food took a very long time to arrive. While the kids’ meal was fine, the fries we received were tiny bits and pieces, as shown in the pictures. The chicken also had an unpleasant smell and was very pink inside. Also kids didn’t get their ice cream because of the super slow and pathetic service. This was our very first time at Swiss Chalet, and we are never going back. Ever again.
