Went for the festive meal. While the food and service was good, I found that the prices are a bit crazy now. $25 for a festive meal for what you get is getting a bit pricey. The chocolates that I received for the festive meal were really old and inedible.

Ordered on Uber eats, disappointed. The cheese wasn't melted on the garlic cheese laof and the "toppings" were scarce The coleslaw has either changed or there is no longer dressing on it The fries and perogies were okay

My daughter & I really enjoyed our festive meals this evening. The food was delicious and our server, Iris was a sweetheart! This location is always so welcoming. It’s become a neighborhood highlight in Pineview. The Manager on duty (Siddiq) is always there and always so friendly!! Thank you 😊

we hosted a staff holiday party and used this location to cater our event. Went off great - food and service was excellent. Staff loved it and the manager Hamid personally delivered the order. 2nd time we have used them and won't think twice about using them again. !!!!!!
Will NOT order delivery from this location again! The website asks you to select a delivery time and since we were having Christmas lunch for the entire office (5 people), we selected 12PM...When the order did not arrive at the scheduled time of 12PM, we called the direct number for this restaurant many times. Not once did someone answer!! We were calling so much because the order tracking never updated the 'estimated time of arrival' for the food and we needed to know how late they would be. Lo and Behold, the food did not show up until 2PM!! Needless to say, everyone had long since returned to their work meetings, etc., so our Christmas lunch was ruined. To add insult to injury, when the food arrived, they did not include the cranberry sauce that is promised in the festive special. Worst online ordering I've ever experienced. Also they charge you a $4 "system fee" extra just to order online. Boo!!

DELIVERY ORDER
If you have a large order that you're thinking of placing for your office party, I'd suggest you choose another restaurant, not only is the restaurant unable to fulfill an order correctly, their call center taking the large orders will also cause a headache.
I placed my order online 5 days in advance, first one went through, second one didn't. I tried contacting the restaurant when they first opened and before their lunch rush to confirm - no answer. Contacted the help desk, they advised the first order went through and the second would need to be placed again, fine, we did. I get a call 2 days later, confirming the first order again, apparently SS needed to correct the order on their side, fine, mind your this was now on a weekend. The second order needed to be placed AGAIN - I'm advised that the second order would need to be paid either at the door or in store. The following Monday I went into the store to pay, they advised they didn't have the order... fine, I provided them the order number and payment, I'm assured they'll get it, it just wasn't "dispatched" yet, even though the first order was, and they were placed at the same time, twice.
Up on delivery, the driver was almost 30mins late - prior to this I called the restaurant to see where the driver was, no answer, so I called the call center, they could only say the order was dispatched, no other info, just call the restaurant.
We finally got the order, 3 orders had wrong sides, confirmed with our order confirmation that yes, the mistake was at the restaurant, we were also missing 3 side salads. Some order had baked potatoes which were missing from some meals, we found those missing baked potatoes with other orders, so some had fries and a baked potato, when they shouldn't have. So I get on the phone to call the restaurant for the missing items - no answer, why would I think they'd answer at this point. I'm not calling the call center either because what's the point.
Overall, not the greatest experience, especially when purchasing for work with limited time. I'm sure others have had better experiences, unfortunately this one wasn't.

I want to give a shout out to the manager i delt with on Saturday evening. Our food was brought to our table lukewarm at best. At the urging of my mother we decided we shouldnt eat it. The manager was a younger afro-canadian male who was a true professional. He made a bad situation good and I commend him on his professionalism. We have been going to this location for decades and will continue to in the future. I wish i could remember his name but i definitely will not forget his face. Merry Xmas
