On December 19, I made an online order at 3:29pm, selected “as soon as possible”, and upon placing my order, was given a pick-up time of 4:29pm. Fine. I pulled into the parking lot at 4:27pm and entered the restaurant at 4:28pm. I gave them my name and they could not find my order. Finally one of the employees found the ticket with my order and told me very matter-of-factly, “It says 4:29 pickup time so we haven’t started making it yet.” Dumbfounded, I sat down and waited with other customers who had placed online orders, arrived at the stated pickup time, and were also told they hadn’t started on their order. When I asked at 4:45pm if my order was ready yet, they said they were “just waiting on colds”, which, for the festival specials, are a pat of butter, a small container of cranberry sauce, and a box of chocolates.
So just a warning: the “pick-up time” you receive when placing an order is actually the time they will start cooking your food. And then I suppose you just have to extrapolate from there to determine when your food will actually be ready?
Also, don’t bother calling to place a takeout order. The other customers and I sat while the phone rang and rang and no one ever answered.

I have celiac so this is a chain I can have roast chicken and sauce. Roasted chicken without sauce is just not the same. That said it makes for a very empty plate and unfortunately the restaurant is not vey generous with the fries even though they don’t need to provide a bun. As a result, I’m still a little hungry when I leave (not the first time this has happened). A half chicken would be too much food so I wish they would at least provide more in terms of qty for the side dish, in this case fries, with the quarter chicken.
Atmosphere was fine but a portion of the restaurant needs some TLC.
