Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The service was disorganized, with three different servers for our table alone and no communication between them. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and we saw other tables, including those who arrived after us, served and billed before us. During the meal, no one checked in, and we ended up spending over two hours there for an appetizer and entrée. The bill was also mishandled, but by then we paid and left. The food itself was delicious.

Absolutely delicious and authentic Mexican food. We ordered the enchiladas and 2 tacos and both were amazing. The margaritas are over the top in the best way, and the vibe in the restaurant makes it feel like you’re far away on vacation. 10/10 would recommend and eat here again.

I love the Quesabirria. The service was good and the food got served pretty fast, overall I had a great experience.

I had high hopes for La Bonita when I visited for the first time last night, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The enchilada lacked depth there was little to no seasoning, no discernible herbs or spices, and overall, it was just bland. Authentic Mexican cuisine is rich, layered, and full of warmth, even without the addition of spicy sauces. I don’t typically go for heat, but I do appreciate balance, complexity, and the kind of flavor that comes from proper technique and quality ingredients.

Having experienced true Mexican food before, I can confidently say this didn’t compare. It felt watered down, missing the soul and vibrancy that makes the cuisine so special. Disappointing, to say the least 😭 :/

The service and atmosphere was really nice.

However the food was not that great…

We got the Queso, we didn’t realize it would just be melted block cheese rather than a dip… it was very oily and lacking flavour

We got the Barbacoa tacos, they were very dry and again no flavour

Place is so cute so very unfortunate:(
