Best thai express in Ottawa. 'I drop $20 dish here with my Extra options. My fam and I been coming here for 5 years and I will say the service / quality has only gotten better. I regularily order pad thai, stir fry, and pad see eew for myself and my fam. Some places will give you soup instead of noodles because theres too much sauce, but these guys cook the noodles right. They always have their side-sauces available AND with big containers (Why do other locations use small containers? kills me). The rice is always delicious,.. everything is made fast, but not with disrespect. I don't get shrimp because shrimp is weak, so I can't say about shrimp but the beef and chicken is always plentiful.

I come to this location constantly not just for the food but for the customer service. They are always happy to greet you and there’s always smiles on there faces, i definitely recommend coming here.

Every time I visit I receive extraordinary service from Gui who is an absolute gem! She's personable, polite and takes that extra step to make sure to make your experience a pleasant one. I cannot say enough about her and strongly recommend that you visit this incredible place to see what I'm talking about.

Ordered 2 bags of these , they are like rocks , think they are called bok bok but should be called rock rock , had to throw them out the were so hard

I think they should take the word express out of the name and just call it Thai. Since the new people took over service is extremely slow. Waited 25 mins for two dishes

So I came here with 2 people to eat and ordered Stir Fry and based on the menu the price is $10.78 and the person charged me $16 something. I asked him why did he charge me more and the comment from him “the price is from years ago on the menu and the new price is not displayed after 9:30” is this legal to say that it’s $10.78 and then charge almost double?

The food I was just served for take out, tasted like reheated, burnt garbage, the chicken was either freezer burnt or going rotten, inedible.

Got in late from a flight a wanted some food
Went here and ordered
Food was good service was good
Got take out so I could get to the hotel
And when I got there the food was still really hot which was nice
So many places now you pay a premium and your food is just lukewarm
Woke up to plate smoking hot here every time

Highly disappointed.
I've usually enjoyed great food at all Thai Express locations but poor food quality.
Chicken was raw and hard and curry had minimal gravy to it and 80% was rice on the dish.
