The women at cash is so lazy, I ask for no tofu on 1 of my 3 orders, there’s no sign or anything informing me on which one has no tofu. Utensils aren’t even ready in the bag

Placed an order through their app for pickup. It's ready on time, I am handed a sealed bag and I walk back to my car to eat. Open the bag. No fork. And the drink that is supposed to be cold is now room temperature because it's been sitting in the bag right next to warm box of noodles. Just shows how little they care about their customers. Shame

I don’t know why I keep going back to this location every single time I go there they do it super quickly and forget a lot of ingredients on the list for a pad Thai, which is the number seven. It’s supposed to have your choice of protein, chicken, beef, or shrimp OK green onions, radish, bean sprouts And tofu well and my chicken pad Thai I only got chicken, bean sprouts, no green onions and the rice noodles. there was no tofu, no radish and barely any spice or sweetness like their service is locking major. I wouldn’t go there or order any food from there after calling the store to complain about not being tofu. The lady says it’s only supposed to be two pieces of tofu in every order Which is a complete lie because at the other location on South keys you get at least five pieces of tofu and the food is done much much better than on her. I wouldn’t go back ever and I won’t. This will be my last time.

Find insulting that people waiting in the restaurant have to wait for their food while the restaurant fills delivery orders that no one is in to pick up as of yet.

Disappoint of service. I requested the order chicken no spicy.. i received not correctly the order i would. They re-offer without spicy. Some in spicy still in bowl. I drop the food and will never come back.

Came in and ordered a pad see ew, went home and noticed I they gave me pad Thai instead. Called the location and they said they will remake the order and gave them my name. I had to come all the way back to the location, and the cashier gave me a hard time asking for a receipt that I did not take. She even insisted she did not remember me making the order and that she has been there all day. No apology for making an error and making me come all the way back (15 min drive) to pick up the right order. She even told me to make sure I make the right order next time, mind you I never order pad Thai. No accountability. Bad customer service.

Have ordered here many times and always loved the food. Had spicy Thai fried rice with veggies and today and felt nauseous. Threw out another order unopened as I did not want to risk getting sick. Won’t order from here again.

Worst Pad Thai I've ever half-eaten. No Thai flavours, just a mash-up of some thin noodles, a lot of bean sprouts with some brown generic oily noodle sauce that I can't really describe. My partner had Tom Yum soup that was packed with noodles (not part of Tom Yum) and the broth was water with some salt, nothing else. That was half-eaten as well. Will never return regardless of the kind staff.
