Didn’t have a great time there.
Ordered drinks and they were forgotten about which is fine, it happens. But when we asked about the drinks she flat out said they forgot and then they couldn’t remember the drinks. Again it’s fine. But then the food came out and we still had no drinks and they were forgotten about a second time. The breakfast was done before we got our coffees.
the service was fast and efficient and friendly. the food was delicious and hot
I cannot say enough good things about 2 out of the 3 locations in Windsor Essex County that we've frequented.
Lauzon Parkway and Dougall Road in Windsor, Ontario are outstanding! They really care about the customer and go above and beyond to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If something isn't right they take care of it happily. All the servers come by with coffee and will help you with anything you need.
