Was served by Hisham who provided us an amazing experience. He took the time to provide us with samples of the beer on tap before we made our selection. Then when he took our orders, he teased that the fish and chip was such a great choice over the AR Burger. The fish melted in your mouth while the burger was so tender that it did not fall apart when taking a bite. When our lunch was done, Hisham took us on a tour of the restaurant and explained the breakfast buffet. What great service and such a great atmosphere. Thank you

Came on a Saturday during happy hour and ordered 3 items off the snacks menu, which included house wine. Everything was very tasty, would love to come back again for dinner and sit outside on the patio. It got quite busy around 6pm so calling in to make a reservation is probably best.

Albion Rooms exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. It was attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. Gaeton, the food and beverage supervisor, was our server and made the entire experience feel elevated and seamless.
The setting is absolutely beautiful, with chic, stylish décor that strikes the perfect balance between modern and inviting. Every detail has clearly been considered, from the elegant glassware to the perfectly chosen cutlery.
The charcuterie board was outstanding. It was beautifully presented and you choose three items from a list of high-quality selections. In fact, all the plating throughout the meal was exceptional, showing real care and creativity.
This is a place that pays attention to every detail and delivers on all fronts: ambiance, service, and food. You really need to dine here.

The atmosphere of the space is really pretty. Great for small intimate gatherings with friends or a partner. Nearest paid parking is at rideau center or OAG (not sure if there’s street parking nearby) The food menu is a bit limited so i’d highly recommend their steak and mashed potato option if you find it hard to decide what to get.

Whoever is in this kitchen is so talented. Unfortunately the far side lacked atmosphere but the food did make up for it for the experience.
Had dinnner in the lounge. Nice and cozy. Great cheese and charcuterie board. Fine local products. Excellent service. Next morning, had breakfast buffet in the dining room. Lovely! Cozy and nice jazz music. Great food. Many options for everyone.

We were staying at the Double Tree so we decided to go and see what the restaurant had to offer, 2 adults 3 kids Saturday night, pretty quiet. Not really a Kid friendly menu and thats understandable. We decided to start with the 40$ charcuterie board and 22$ Bison Croquettes (2 golf balls), a pint, glass of wine and 3 juices. The staff was very nice even though our kids were able to spill 2 glasses in a 15min span. But the food was so underwhelming we didnt order any mains and left with a 100$ check...

The Albion Rooms Resturant is a nice designated space inside the Hilton Ottawa Downtown location! The resturant’s ambiance is beautifully done. Love the big windows! They had a nice Happy Hour Menu that they were happy to adjust the cocktails to, while still honouring the happy hour price. The service was a tad slow as it wasn’t really busy at the time we went but overall, a nice little spot to enjoy

The service and atmosphere are fine but the food is horrible. The burger is super greasy, the Mediterranean vegan dish is by far the worst ever. It’s slimy and liquidy, and the soups are rich with fat and lack authentic taste.
