The service and atmosphere was friendly and fun! The food bordered on incredibly bland to just bad. We ordered the zucchini sticks as an app, my table of 5 people did not like them at all, the server took the almost full basket away. My French onion soup was not great either, I didn’t eat it. We wouldn’t go back again.
Great place for group events. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The lighting is quite low, but it helps create a more intimate atmosphere. It feels small and cozy due to the low ceilings but it's quite big with lots of spots to mingle in, some noisier and more crowded and others quieter with more table seating.
Food is excellent and they have affordable options for a snack like fancy grilled cheese for under $8. Beer selection is good though a touch pricey. The atmosphere is very interesting as it's a renovated century basement with varied areas that range from dim and intimate to boisterous and well lit based on your preference!
