My husband researched this boutique hotel out of many in Ottawa because it was the closest in proximity to our meeting location. I am so glad he did. We got upgraded to the executive room when we arrived without asking so that was a nice surprise. The room itself was very nice with a king size bed and fridge. As with other high end hotels these days, they did not have a microwave in the room which was fine because they have a great restaurant in the hotel. There is Nespresso coffee...
Pros: The lobby is absolutely gorgeous with a big skylight and a library. The staff were great, from the housekeepers to the front desk and the restaurant team. We had dinner the first night and the food was very good, drinks from the bar tender was great as well, thank you Brook! The room was cozy and clean, and I loved the bed and pillows.
