Absolutely pathetic. Waiting 1h10mn for oysters, that never came, with no excuses whatsoever or addressing the issue. Poor service, bad kitchen, I appreciate the waitress offering the beer to make up for the incompetence of the kitchen, but service is as bad. An order that would have been 250 cad for 2, they just choose to disregard and disrespect our patronage. Stay away

The menu was simple and the food and service were great.
This was our first visit and we loved the food and drinks. The service was excellent. Tina was fantastic.
All of our food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have never been.
My only negative was some of the clientele. This is an upscale restaurant and people should dress appropriately. This is not a restaurant where you wear ball caps at the table. The owners should consider a dress code.

A wonderful dinning experience. The staff is was lovely. The food was delicious l. I loved the Rosebowl salad, especially the dressing. My Rib steak was grilled to perfection. A great place to celebrate any special occasion. I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for making my birthday special.

We were received in an unwelcoming way by the owners last night. We came for my cousin’s graduation. We had a reservation for 7 people and finally we ended up being 10 people with a baby in a stroller. As soon as she saw the stroller she started freaking out saying there’s no space we can’t sit there. Some of us would have to change tables and she couldn’t offer an extra chair because there were other reservations in 10 minutes. She was counting the baby in a stroller as a person who needs a seat too!! The reservation for the table next to us came over 1h30 after us. The owner side eyed us when we came up with a solution ourselves to sit comfortably together. She was so anxious and furious she had the audacity to say this isn’t a fast food restaurant. They don’t cater to children and it’s probably best to not come if you have kids with you. Before leaving we requested to speak to management and it was herself. She didn’t apologize and tried defending her point instead of taking accountability for her actions. It took a while before she even said the word sorry. She said sorry if I offended you and not a simple sorry for my actions towards you. She also mentioned we could’ve been sitting in a private room at the back if the adjustments were made. Yet she never offered this as a solution when we arrived. This was extremely distasteful. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment in a restaurant before. We will not be returning. The owners need to work on how they speak to customers. Our waitress was great despite her bosses behaviour.

My review is 1000% true. You guys refuse to take accountability for your actions. Stop changing the narrative. You guys are counting an infant who doesn’t even eat food yet as an extra seat. We had 2 toddlers with us who sat and ate peacefully. You never gave us an extra table. You guys stared at us and proceeded with saying obnoxious things as we came up with a solution ourselves without anyone’s help. The stroller was absolutely not in the way. The table beside us arrived around 7 pm. No tables or chairs were moved from anywhere. There was no sincere apology. Trying to bribe us with food and wine doesn’t remove the fact that you guys severely messed up. We paid full price for our food and got treated poorly. Your reply proves the point of how highly unprofessional you guys are. Please save your coins and avoid this place at all costs.
