Went there for lunch this past Wednesday as we had a coupon and wanted to use it before it expired. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Service was absolutle wonderful as the server was attentive but no pesteringly so as some are. It was like they new the perfect time to come over. We ordered our food and drinks and soaked in the atmosphere. The music was way too loud for the speakers they had and was very tinny sounding to the pointy we left with headaches. Was...

I want to start by stating that I am aware that this location is not at fault and I have had several pleasant experiences and meals at this location. I had initially attempted to find a 'Contact Us' form on the Works Website to field my complaint, but there is no such form available. The survey button redirects me to the main page.

Since 2012 My friends and I make the pilgrimage to Ottata in June 24th a yearly tradition we do from Montreal, we wouldn't do this if the food wasn't worth it, their burgers are amongst the best , fresh ingredients and great portions, friendliest service each time we go. Only con is parking and the fact it's a 2 hour drive, somethings are worth the extra effort.
