Onion rings were burnt beyond recognition. Server did ask if they were too dark, but I felt guilty. They never should have been served. Daughter’s burger was also charred.

Service is really slow regardless of how busy it is.

Have been going to The Works for years with family. It’s been quite a bit of time since the last time I ate here and I was a bit underwhelmed. The seasoning on the burger was very dull and under seasoned . The burger was also a bit dry. The onion rings are still pretty solid but the sauces were a bit disappointing in flavour. It was expensive overall but kind of expected it as The Works has always been pricer. Don’t think I’d return for a long time unless another craving for onion rings reappears.

Jay was amazing and was super helpful dealing with a technical difficulty on my side!

Their burgers and home-made chips are to die for!!! We had their Smokey Mountain burgers a few times within the last few weeks, and we still crave them week over week.

Depending on the time you go it could be a little understaffed but the staff are usually very attentive.

Almost every Saturday I come here with a friend to enjoy a fantastic burger and have a great chat. We don’t come back just because the food is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the restaurant is cleaned; we keep coming back because the staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely personable.
