Ordered Uber eats tonight and this is by far the best burger take out experience I've ever had !!! Will be back soon

Nice restaurant, very nice staff but they were clearly understaffed this day. Despite this, did their best and our service was good.
Menu had a good variety for lunch options at reduced price - otherwise menu does offer a lot of variety in general.
Food was good. Kids were happy with their meals (chicken nuggets).
would suggest! especially if you like burgers beyond the basic

Came 25 min before closing and I was told the kitchen is closed while the server was giving to another client order.

The works was our favourite restaurant as a family, we just went and learned that they changed the menu and took out all of our favourite burgers, very disappointed they changed the menu.

We got 2 burgers, the bun was a little overdone on one giving a charred burnt taste but it was still doable. Kinda spoiled the experience a little.

Went last night with some friends. Disappointed they changed the menu. My favourite burger was taken off. (Please bring back the war pig). The burger I did get was ok. Kinda of bland. Needed bbq sauce. I believe it was the w burger. Wouldn’t order it again. Just not my kind of burger. But will gladly try something different. Onion rings were to die for as always. The waitress was phenomenal. I missed her name but she did mention her daughter works there as well. Definitely will go back.

Went for lunch and was surprised by the $13.99 deal. Choice of a few burgers, unlimited fries and soft drink. Food was good and our waitress was very friendly. Atmosphere was cozy. Will go back for sure

Don’t waste your money, the food is horrible. Ordered burgers and fries for pickup. It was disgusting. The chicken and bacon were so dry and hard, the fries were so old and smelled of dirty oil. I will never order from this place again.

Milkshakes were awesome . Service was a little slow

This was my first time at this location, but I've been to The Works elsewhere in the city. It was crazy busy when I dined, but the food was hot and fresh, our server was lovely and I'd go back for sure if I was in the area
