This was my first time at this location, but I've been to The Works elsewhere in the city. It was crazy busy when I dined, but the food was hot and fresh, our server was lovely and I'd go back for sure if I was in the area

I love the Works. I remember going to the original (or an early one) in New Edinburgh years ago and I've been a fan ever since. We moved back to Ottawa a year ago, and I was really happy to find out we had one in the hood! I introduced my wife to it, and she's fallen in love too. Food is always good, staff always friendly. Great food.

Great Rustic atmosphere and lots of burger choices! Been here a few times and the quality continues to impress. Recommended if you're in the mood for a perfect sized burger.

Huge variety of great burgers.

No air conditioning in a heat wave. No sign on door warning clientele coming. Very umberable to sit indoors to eat.

We frequently go to this restaurant and enjoy each visit.Our son is on the spectrum and they always make sure to do their best in helping accommodate him. We try to go at off times for that reason, but all the servers have been excellent to him.We will keep going back here as often as we can.Thank you!

Service and Atmosphere is good - good selection of burger options however their beef burgers are really overcooked, dry and also under-seasoned. There is really no excuse for this since beef burgers should be their strength m.
