Thimble Cakes is an eclectic bakery that offers vegan ice cream and a variety of baked goods. I had two cupcakes: carrot cake and brookie. For being gluten-free, both were incredibly moist. Also, the frosting on top was creamy and light. I would definitely return for some ice cream or anything from their extensive amount of baked goods.
Ordered a GF rectangle layer cake for a birthday. Had a photograph printed for the top of the cake. Cake looked amazing and tasted excellent. Well done. Highly recommend Thimble Cakes for gluten-free cakes or any baked goods.
Lived around the corner from them for a year and now make sure to visit every time I'm in town. Most of their cupcakes are vegan and they always have a couple gluten free options. The best vegan cupcakes I've found so far, with so many different flavours.
Tip: they also offer cupcakes from the day before at a 40% discount and I can never taste the difference, so look for their second day tray on the counter and get yourself some delicious cupcakes for almost half off!
