For about a decade now, Tim Hortons service and product quality have been deterioration. Ser I e is slow, wait times are getting longer and orders are sometimes wrong. Shameful that Tim Hortons haven't recognized the poorer quality with much higher prices.

Don't go for lunch, I'm a regular customer and even though I order online I have to wait half an hour if I go there at lunchtime. I would not even consider placing an offline order during lunchtime. Pretty good service in the evenings and at night.
