I must say I was impressed with the upbeat positive environment between the manager Elizabeth and her front end staff Keyana and Jaiauna on 02/05/2024. I've been to this Mcdonald's before and wasn't impressed and kinda didn't want to go that night. Keyana and Jaiauna was very nice young ladies with great customer service. Not sure what happened to customer service but this store has 0. Asked the cashier for half sprite half fruitopia for my overpriced meal and she said “she cannot do that”. Why is that? Meanwhile if I would have come in the store and serviced MYSELF surely I could have done it. Pure laziness and poor customer service.

Went through the drive thru today, it finally happened. A chicken burger without a bun. Love checking the bag to make sure the sauces abd fries are in there only to get home and find out I should hold up the entire drive thru line to check all the food in the future. Thank you. Contacted the store and they are sending coupons. At least customer service is a plus. Constantly have issues with this location in terms of fries being short or no sauces. Especially with delivery.
