This location can never , not once get your order correct... today I ordered a mc rib with no onions or pickles and got meat thrown in a box with no bun and covered in onions ... I didn't notice until I was across the city as I was picking up a quick bite to eat on the way to a hockey game. I am very disappointed as things are not cheap these days and we are spending good money for terrible service. This is about the third time this has happened recently with different orders. Won't be visiting this location again

I must say I was impressed with the upbeat positive environment between the manager Elizabeth and her front end staff Keyana and Jaiauna on 02/05/2024. I've been to this Mcdonald's before and wasn't impressed and kinda didn't want to go that night. Keyana and Jaiauna was very nice young ladies with great customer service. I ask for my food to be cooked fresh and instead of the attitude I normally get from this Mcdonald's the were so happy to make me happy. Elizabeth took the time just to talk to me while I waited for my order. These three ladies showed me that not all people at Mcdonald's are rude and disrespectful. I didn't get the cook name but thank you as well for delivering fresh tasting food! Elizabeth keep up the great job and continue to treat your staff with respect because you will get your best work out of them.Parking: convenient

If you're the type of person who values their money, go ahead and skip this location. The staff are extremely incompetent and lack any sort of understanding and/or awareness. The computer system works great to get orders from the register/kiosk to the person preparing your food, however the person preparing your food is too incompetent to follow simple instructions, or doesn't know how to read... or both. Then the person handing you your order is also too incompetent to ensure they're actually handing you your food and not someone elses. I've had the same issues with this location multiple times, and has even happened multiple times in a single visit. It's amazing how stupid people can be, and I'm shocked some of the employees at this location are able to get through day to day life. The issue with this location is lack of corrective action from management to the employees not doing their jobs properly. You'll either get stale food, Something you didn't order and/or ask for, or you may be getting someone else's order, only to realize after you got home. However I have learned to not trust Stupid, and make sure I have the correct order before leaving now. The employees here are unable to keep up with basic 101 tasks of a restaurant, like listening to the customers order, or for the ones making the food, reading the screen right infront of their face, or confirming the order they're handing out is going to the correct person. I'm always very patient with them, even when 3 "mishaps" happen in 1 visit..however enough is enough. Hope a manager see's this and is competent enough to communicate corrective action to their idiots in the back.In short, if you want to avoid a hassle, or avoid dealing with stupid people, don't come here.

Since all the reviews want to go on and on about how bad the service here is, employees are taught disgusting behavior from their racist supervisor Jennifer bowman. Absolutely terrible experience going here, disgusting food that has been served long past the timers going off. Bad attitude just like her hairline.

Today's visit to McDonald's was quite disheartening.Within just one minute of settling at our table, the food arrived – impressively fast, but disappointingly cold. It makes one question the purpose of such rapid service when the food isn't served fresh and hot.The overall service, including the handling by the staff, left much to be desired.

Not sure what happened to customer service but this store has 0. Asked the cashier for half sprite half fruitopia for my overpriced meal and she said “she cannot do that”. Why is that? Meanwhile if I would have come in the store and serviced MYSELF surely I could have done it. Pure laziness and poor customer service.

Went through the drive thru today, it finally happened. A chicken burger without a bun. Love checking the bag to make sure the sauces abd fries are in there only to get home and find out I should hold up the entire drive thru line to check all the food in the future. Thank you. Contacted the store and they are sending coupons. At least customer service is a plus. Constantly have issues with this location in terms of fries being short or no sauces. Especially with delivery. Check your bags people.
