Can I give this no stars? Popped in to quickly order a steeped tea only to face a 30+ minute wait for a tea!. That last a pour and go. This is insane. Hire more workers abd get better.

10 minutes wait time for a single cup of coffee is insane. It wasn't even that crowded. The person handling the coffees were just taking their time while chatting with their coworkers.

40 min for a cup of coffee with a wrap, easier to eat elsewhere

Apart from the occasional polite and nice worker at this time Hortons location, everything else is a disaster. You should prepare your mobile order at least 30 mins in advance if you want to come in and go. Another thing certain items take an exuberant amount of time to get them, for example baked goods, usually 20+ minute wait. Not only this however, you will not get what you paid for. This afternoon I went in for a pack of assorted timbits, that was filled with 18 old fashioned and 2-3 honey timbits. Not very assorted to me but I guess my money wasn’t worth the advertised product anyway. It is constantly packed, from open until night so be weary of that and get ready to repeat your order.

They desperately need more staff. There’s also like 0 sense of urgency when the whole lobby is full of hungry students that are probably running late waiting 30 mins for their coffee. Workers gotta move faster and they need more workers

waited 45 minutes for one french vanilla and was told the machine was just “backed up”😆

Lobby filled with people waiting for drinks/food, and 3 employees just standing there with their phones out.
GO BACK TO A LINE UP AND GETTING YOUR ITEMS RIGHT AWAY. No one has a second speed, no cares that youre waiting. I would pay 10$ for a coffee rather than go to this place

Honestly the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I understand that lots of people go to it but to have me wait for 30+ minutes when all I ordered was a bagel with BUTTER is insane. I brought it up to two different employees and both of them seemed not to care and then begun getting mad at me for asking them where my bagel was. Horrible service...not returning.

Bro I ordered an iced capp and waited for 20 minutes before telling the lady working there I hadn't recieved it then she went in the back and dissappeared. 15 minutes pass and I bring it up to another staff member and 10 minutes later I get my iced capp. 45 minute wait btw. Half the time here when I order stuff they forget or it gets lost

This place is extremely backed up. Once waited for 20 minutes only for them to start making my sandwich.

Why does the express line take longer than the regular line?

I am really just joining the chorus of people that are really bummed about this place… the service line is a mile long and the time it takes to actually prep your order leaves a lot to be desired.
If you are on campus there are easily 5 other places to visit and get your coffee quicker, including another cafe in the same building.

But I will say, the space is super clean and really well lit.

Avoid this place in between class changes
