Lobby filled with people waiting for drinks/food, and 3 employees just standing there with their phones out.
GO BACK TO A LINE UP AND GETTING YOUR ITEMS RIGHT AWAY. No one has a second speed, no cares that youre waiting. I would pay 10$ for a coffee rather than go to this place

Honestly the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I understand that lots of people go to it but to have me wait for 30+ minutes when all I ordered was a bagel with BUTTER is insane. I brought it up to two different employees and both of them seemed not to care and then begun getting mad at me for asking them where my bagel was. Horrible service...not returning.

Bro I ordered an iced capp and waited for 20 minutes before telling the lady working there I hadn't recieved it then she went in the back and dissappeared. 15 minutes pass and I bring it up to another staff member and 10 minutes later I get my iced capp. 45 minute wait btw. Half the time here when I order stuff they forget or it gets lost

This place is extremely backed up. Once waited for 20 minutes only for them to start making my sandwich.

Why does the express line take longer than the regular line?

I am really just joining the chorus of people that are really bummed about this place… the service line is a mile long and the time it takes to actually prep your order leaves a lot to be desired.
If you are on campus there are easily 5 other places to visit and get your coffee quicker, including another cafe in the same building.

But I will say, the space is super clean and really well lit.

Avoid this place in between class changes

Incredibly slow

incredibly disappointed with the service. I placed a mobile order well in advance, expecting a quick and efficient pickup, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Upon arriving, I still had to wait 25 minutes for my order, which was a single double double, nothing crazy at all, and to make matters worse, the staff got it wrong and were very rude when telling them they got my order wrong.

As I arrived for my order, I overheard an employee casually say to the rest of the staff, “Don’t even worry about mobile orders.” This is unacceptable, what’s the point of offering an online ordering system if the staff ignores it entirely? It’s frustrating that this Tim Hortons location promotes convenience but fails miserably in delivering it.

This level of inefficiency is simply not okay. Customers deserve better service.

I wish I could give 0 stars, everytime I come it’s the longest process, +20mins for a coffee and bagel is crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. What do you mean fast food 🤨. Always seems unorganized and unnecessary slow.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They hire French speakers only who can’t understand when you try to order in English. I ordered an iced cap made with milk and a guy served me at 5:40 pm. I saw a ticket thrown out but wasn’t sure if it was mine and after 20 minutes I asked where my drink was and the girl didn’t see any. I told her I ordered it with milk but she made it with cream. It was way too busy at this point that I didn’t want to wait any longer for her to remake it and just to point out, when I ordered there was like 6 people total and my order got lost.

The best place to waste your time. Last week I had to wait for 16 minutes in the line just to get an iced cappuccino. IMO In rush hours they should assign more employees.

My issue is with the staffing. The woman I spoke with at the cashier had an issue with everything I looked to order, first, she replied with "You are asking for too much", when I asked for a chipotle steak loaded wrap, then she proceeded to tell me she had no rice or craveables at the location. I had to point out the crave-able on the menu for her to go and ask someone else, finally, I asked for a red-eye iced coffee, to which she gave me a bad look and responded with a sarcastic okay. I have 5 years of experience working in fast food, I understand the job is not always exciting. However, I was shocked at how poor the customer service was at this location. After speaking with other people, I have heard this is pretty common.
