My Favorite Tim's in Ottawa. I actually like the fact a few staff have gotten to know me and what I routinely order. It's a little disappointing it's taken as long as it has, but similar to when I worked at a Tim Hortons you know your regulars and know their orders.

Tim Hortons at Slater/O'Connor is a favorite. Great, friendly customer service. Not usually as busy as other coffee shops in the area, and always has great music playing!

Terrible service. Ot was lunch time with people lined up out the door with only one person taking orders. He would serve one customer then go into the kitchen where he could be seen checking his phone. He did this repeatedly. I waited 12 minutes and just gave up and left.
