Tim Hortons at Slater/O'Connor is a favorite. Great, friendly customer service. Not usually as busy as other coffee shops in the area, and always has great music playing!

Terrible service. Ot was lunch time with people lined up out the door with only one person taking orders. He would serve one customer then go into the kitchen where he could be seen checking his phone. He did this repeatedly. I waited 12 minutes and just gave up and left.

It seems to be the best value for money in expensive Ottawa. I heard from a local that they conquered Canada at a low price during the coronavirus pandemic. And I was surprised that it opened very early in the morning. There were so many people that I had to wait in line, but I never thought it would be like this. I also enjoyed a simple breakfast of latte and maple donuts, feeling like a local. I usually don't eat sweets, but since I'm in Canada, I was craving something with maple syrup, and since I was on a business trip, my sugar level kept dropping, so I raised my blood sugar in the morning.

This is usually my go-to timmies, but recently when I go in after 2 pm I find them to be extremely short staffed for the amount of people coming in.
With that said, the staff are always phenomenal! They are the only reason I'm so adamant about going back. Good job + many thanks to the team.

Good location, clean, fast service, friendly staff. I Love their ice coffee, and the donuts as well, it was the first time I tried pizza, I’ll say for the price is ok.
Sandwiches were not heated properly. Coffees were poor quality. An employee said that men’s washroom was not functioning, but one needed to ask for a key.
