I live not too far from this location and I always swing by for a coffee every evening and there this one girl who wears specs and she’s always been so sweet and always helpful. She had a warm, welcoming demeanor that made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. Despite the busy rush, she remained calm and efficient, quickly preparing my coffee with a smile

My friend ordered coffee and wraps. They got the drinks right away but about after 5mins they kindly asked how much longer for the wraps. The Asian woman who started at 6am on a Tuesday RUDELY told my friend to "Shut up and sit down. We'll call you when it's ready." I'm sorry? Did you forget to bring your manners to work? Absolutely appalling.
I ordered through the app and by the time I got there which is less than 5 minutes my order was ready and waiting for me. It was an extensive order too, my name was on every item I ordered. It was also the morning rush, shout-out to the staff, amazing job. They also renovated the place which is more convenient.

Today I went to the Tim Hortons in downtown Ottawa at Metcalfe and Slater. The big bay windows brings in natural light.
Inside this branch of Tim Hortons franchise the new display case is clean, you can see - identify each item in their wired baskets.
There are new tables some have black stripes while others do not, nice new floor surface and the chairs modern and in dark brown.
You do not hear the bottoms of the legs scratching against the floor like you sometimes do in other coffee houses.
The table with high chairs has those rings you see on a hockey rink really cool!
I truly like the new picture frame of the hockey sticks in the shape of the maple. :)
