I had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons at carlingwood mall recently. When I tried to pay with my Tim's gift card, an associate named Maninder said it wasn’t acceptable. I ended up using my credit card instead. When I asked why the gift card wasn’t accepted, another associate mentioned that Maninder was new and didn’t know how to process it. On top of that, they gave me plain water instead of coffee. When I complained, they blamed it on a possible machine malfunction. It was a total waste of time and money. I wish Tim Hortons would prioritize providing better service to their customers.

I work near this Tim Horton and I visit it twice a day, this is the best Tim store for excellent service and knowledgeable and fast service , the staff are always trying to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Congratulations and good job manager and your team.

Great service! I work in the mall and they're always very accommodating to my egg allergy, and Ive become frequent enough to know many staff by name, Teresa and Harpreet are excellent managers / supervisors respectably.
I ordered a tea latte with 2 sugar, although it didn't come with any sugar despite the barista insisting that it already came with it. Still though, I do understand that the workers are trying their best and did provide quick and friendly service otherwise, they just could improve on attention to detail when needed
